BH7JER from Shenzhen, China, Duo Xie!

This is a QSL card from BH7JER station in Shenzhen, China.

I had a QSO with BH7JER on Jan. 23 on the band of 40m before start of RTTY DX Contest when I checked SWR of vertical antenna.

IC-718, VU handy TX and his handamade antenna tuner?? are displayed in his QSL card. Maybe his field shack? He used IC-718 for QSO with me by 25W power. His signal was very clear in the west coast of Awaji Island. He wrote it was rainy at the time of QSO. It was very strong windy weather in my side. I think it is FB to write WX at the time of QSO!

Duo Xie FB QSL!

  1. Yes that's my handmade tuner, simple but powerful. Thank this tuner I can play on 14M and 21M using my old 29M GP.
Usualy I go field for QSO, as you see in the card. But on the day we meet on air I'm using a DP on the top of building, so you heard the FB signal.

  2. Dear BH7JER Duo xie!
I send my QSL card to you today by air mail.

Now I also use a tuner made by DAIWA. I want the second tuner and now think I made it by myself.
When I saw your tuner in the photo, I thought it was a safe box!!!

I'm looking forward to having QSOs with you on the other bands!

  3. I got your nice card this morning, thank you very much!
So recently I have enough QSL cards to take part in the 2nd class exam next month.
I knew you just passed the 2nd class exam, congratulations! Wish I can get some luck from your card to pass my exam, this way I can meet you on more bands and modes. Thank you!
BTW: Your chinese is very good!

  4. Dear BG7JER

I'm sorry for late reply to your comment.
Thanks a lot for your informing me of arrival of my card. I'm very happy to know that my card arrived to you without any accident.

I started QRV on the band of 20m at the end of Feb. after I got licence for the upper class.
20m band is very interesting for me because I have more chance to have QSOs with overseas stations than on 40m and 15m.

I hope you success in the coming exam and we have more chances to meet on more bands and modes!

    GL CU AGN!

  5. I knew you replied my comment when I try to search my own callsign on GOOGLE. Sounds strange? Because all the oversea blog sites were blocked by GOV, so I can not access your blog in a normal way and can not access it frequently neither.
But there is no border in radio, see you on air!
